“My project is an ICF build with a steel-framed roof designed for large spans with no interior columns or posts. It is 8,600 sf under the roof and 6,200 sf living area. Duane was instrumental to the design of the building and is an expert in ICF. He has a practical and experience-based knowledge of building in general that was/is invaluable for the integration of ICF with roof, openings, electric, plumbing, etc. Duane has been on-site at many critical junctures, and his knowledge and support have been priceless.”
