Your vision officially becomes a project. Sign your design agreement, submit your deposit, and our team gets to work on your concept.

Concept Design
Your home starts taking shape. We draft your floor plan and elevations around our panel and ICF systems from day one — never bolted on after.

Design Review & Revisions
Your input matters most here. You review the concept and tell us what to change — two rounds of revisions included, because getting it right matters.

Final Plan & Structural Lock
Your project stops being a concept. The final plan is approved and your structural system — panel, ICF, or hybrid — gets locked in.

Construction Docs & Estimate
No per-square-foot guessing. We build your full construction-document set and a real, line-item estimate from current subcontractor bids.

Cost-Plus Agreement
Paper becomes progress. You sign your Cost-Plus construction agreement and the project moves from the design table to the job site.

ICF & Panel Construction
The step everyone waits for. ICF layout and panel framing go up, and your home becomes physically real — built right from the ground up.

Why ICF & Panel Construction
Most homes are stick-framed with lumber. We build differently. Insulated Concrete Forms wrap steel-reinforced concrete in continuous foam, creating monolithic walls that are dramatically stronger, tighter, and quieter than a conventional frame.

Duane Holloway
Co-Founder & COO
Duane brings more than 35 years of construction experience to every Visten home. His career spans custom residential building, advanced ICF systems — including work with Icon Structures, Greenblock, and Reward Wall Systems — and international projects in Belize and Ireland.
He served as Vice President of Operations at Holloway Company before co-founding Visten. Rooted in Wichita Falls, Texas, Duane's philosophy is simple: build homes that last generations, and be honest with the people who live in them.
